SEND US WHAT SURVIVES

A shelfmark, a museum accession number, a published paper or a correction. Point us to the evidence and we will weigh it.

What happens next

We read every submission. If your evidence changes the status of a claim, we update the file and credit you by name unless you ask us not to. We do not assess private artefacts for authenticity or value. For that, contact a museum or accredited specialist.
